l just purchased a 2009 Scion XB.It did not come with a moon roof so l had them install one in.My total sales price included the moon roof.l also purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle.....does anyone know if my moon roof is covered as well?Thanks!

Not by Toyota. It is covered by whatever company it is from. that is why most dealers will either cut back a check to get moon roof so theyhave no liability or they will just give names of companies who install. Only roof that isunder warranty is if installed at port.

l think that is other than original parts warranty. Probably not, but check your policy for sure. Usually warranties are for after market products, even if the dealership put it in.
