OK. l know what you're talking about. It is Called HID headlights. You can buy them on line , they're called HID conversion kits. The good ones run from 100 to 200 dollars. But if u search Ebay u could find the HID conversion kits for possibly 70 to 80 dollars. I've installed HID conversion kit on my car & it replaces the stock headlight wiring setup. My father has 2 BMW is & they bother have HIDs. That is where l got the Idea to replace my stock halogen lights. By the way, u will not get the same headlight shine & color glow by replacing the Bulbs!* You have to buy a HID conversion kit for ur Scion tC & install it. You also need to find out the right Bulb size & bulb temp. Bulb temp. is what makes the light shine at a specific color. You said u want Super White, so u need to get a bulb temp of 6000k. You will probably need more help if u want get HID Headlights, so my e-mail is Halo13laol.com or aim David700XTL.

Yeah, a lot of manufacturers r making HIDs standard on some of their cars. Unfortunately for Scions, they r not even an option, factory or dealer. Anyways, u REALLY have to be careful when it comes to HID kits. Many companies & individuals make kits & retrofits that either leak, do not look good, do not last long, or just simply suck. l have owned a tC for a few years now & I've seen almost all of the available HID kits in person. One of my favorites is made by a HID company & one of the developers has a tC, so they paid close attention to the fitment. They r very good & very reliable. My friend who owns a tC has a pair & has had absolutely no problems with them for over a year. They r pretty easy to install, just plug & play basically. The kit is $130 shipped when u use the ScionLife coupon code. To learn all about it & see for yourself, go here: http://scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=157333&highlight=operatic

By the way, if u want the real effect get an HID kit & not just a replacement bulb such as the Sylvannia Silverstars. l tried them & they definitely do not look like HIDs, they just look dull & white, no bluish tint at all (even the Cool Blue is do not have a noticable tint to them).
