TC is stock, l am a new tuner, will l dont think l am one since l didnt even do anything to it yet. What should l do to it first if not the shifter. l mean, l do not wanna go into turbo or supercharge just yet.

there are better brands out there for the money. if you really want it, then by all means go ahead. check out clubsciontc.com forum, they have reviews on a lot of the short shifters out there. there are vendors on the site that may have the product your looking for but at a cheaper price.

in all honesty, you'd be better off just getting an exhaust or an intake/pulley. there are other mods out there that will benefit your car more and are only a little bit more expensive.

Well l would go to the dealer and try one out.or if you know someone with the quick shift installed try theirs. l think that the quick shifter would be too low and awkward to use with the location of the armrest. l am interested in trying a car out that has one, but l am not willing to invest in one until I've tried it.

The TRD shifter shortens throw between gears by roughly 30% and loses less momentum during aggressive driving maneuvers, but the shifter is barely (If any) shorter than stock.

Most aftermarket companies offer short shifters that have less throw and effort to shift, and are a lot shorter.
