The boyfriend bought me a Flowmaster muffler for Christmas. l do not know what series it is or anything like that. He wants me to come over so he can take my car and get it welded on.... and he wants to pay for it. l say no, l wanna pay to get it put on. He just has the muffler, no pipes or anything like that... do l need anything else? or do you have any advice for me.... anything will help.

If you do not want your boyfriend involved, l suggest you take your car and the muffler to a reputable muffler shop, explain your situation and ask them to give you a quote for the installation. Good Luck!!

nope, you do not need anything else. it is most likely an axleback exhaust, so all you need to do is take off the stock muffler and put on the new one. and yeah, flowmaster usually does make parts for american cars but they did release a couple different exhausts for the tc (i think two, not sure.)

no advice but there will probably be an unusual amount of exhaust fumes coming out from your exhaust for about a week but that is normal for the axleback exhausts on the tc.

A lot! More then muffler cost. take to Toyota and let them install right. Borla makes muffler for Scion.
