Im pretty sure u can.but im also pretty sure you wont get the warrenty for it since the supercharger unit is used. l hope you didnt pay too much for it cuz its only good for like 40 more hp.

Yes.
But installing one might void the warranty, even if it is installed at Toyota or Scion.
