A turbo will not only void warranty but you will have tochange suspension, brakes, supports and tranny needs to be able to handle power. The only thing to do is get Scion TC supercharger which is an option and will work in sync and not require additional parts.

to the guy above, actually installing a turbo does not void ur warrenty. the only way it voids ur warrenty is if toyota can determine that the modification that u put onto ur car that is not a oem part caused the failure of another part. so for example, u install ur turbo but then you're seatbelt goes out - toyota/scion has to legally fix it if its under warrenty since the turbo did in no way cuz the seatbelt to malfunction. & about the tranny, auto tranny is warp around 250 hp so as long as u keep it belwo 250 u will be fine. & do not put the psi past 10, unless u plan on modifying ur engine.

i would honesty tell u to just do the turbo install yourself & then go get it professionally tuned. the turbo kits r made so that u can install it yourself, provided u have the time & tools.but u do not need to use any power tools. everything is hand tools only, & depending on the kit the install could take from 4 - 10 hours. it is true, u will (eventually) need to upgrade ur clutch, but that is really the only necessity. u can drive a turbo car on stock suspension, wheels, tranny although it does hampen the effect of the turbo. u will also need to install a different exhaust in order to get the most out of ur turbo kit.
