l find the gas pedal and brake pedal to be too close to each other , and it is a bit annoying . Not much room between them .
Is it worth getting the '' Sport Pedals '' that the Dealer offers ?
They seem like they would provide more space between each other but l do not know .

sports pedals just add the metal things on top of the existing ones. it wo not change the distance between pedals. try using a different foot position when driving.

l too have a scion tc 05 the distance is diffrent but if you get the racing pedals then it will change the distance because the pedals are a little smaller l dont know if the dealer sells them but l know that you can find them on the internet.

l have an 07, yeah the pedals r a little close even for my big ol clod hoppers. l got some of the racing pedals then took them off. They were too grabby for plain old around town driving, if u need to adjust ur foot for a long red light, u r sort of screwed. l just like to be able to slide my foot a little, rather than put the car in neutral, then re -position my foot on the pedal.

Not only that, but in my case, wife is the primary driver of this car & she hated them. So off they came & the stock rubber blubbers went back on!

For the record, u can get the same pedals from the internet & or Pepboys for less than the dealership's. They r made by AEM then sold to Toyota under license for TRD.

The same rule applies for the Cold Air Intakes by AEM & K&N.
