are scions safe i want the coupe are they safe and how much do they cost

Scions are pretty safe cars as their built by toyota, they dont cost much ( around 12-16 grand US) and their very fuel efficient.

You say your looking for a coupe, l do not know about those, but those box car looking ones do not look safe at all.

My friend is trading hers in for a safer car.

Just got the wife a Chevy HHR looked at all the other in the class, Scions are cool but prefered the HHR over eveything else in that price range and we looked and drove them all

l had a Scion tC and after l customized it the price was about $18k - this will vary depending on where you live though. l bought it because it got great reviews in everything that l read about it - Car & Driver, etc.

Bottom line is, the car is made by Toyota which has great quality. You have the option of side airbags in addition to the front airbags that come standard. If you get those added, the car is more safe.

the TC is safe, and they are reasonably priced, go to scion.com and design your car, and then you will find out the price. You will love the scion once you get it
and the xB is also very safe. and handled better then many cars this past winter..
both the xB and the tc are in the top 10 of most energy efficient cars from dust to dust, xb was number one tc was a bit lower on the list, l dont know how the 2008 models will rate however due to less mileage.

Safe = YES. As for pricing go to Scion.com and build your own or go to a dealer - it is all flat pricing so there is not any haggling - only thing that is extra is the add ons you put on it. My advice - buy the most basic model and get the add ons you want off Ebay later at a MUCH cheaper price.
