You can check the private party classifieds on scionlife.com, othewise the only place to get those r from the dealer & it will cost u anywhere from $500-$1500 if u want the set.
If u want an awesome looking aftermarket grill, check out Figure LLC grills. They look so similar to OEM RS1.0 grills & the fitment is perfect. FigureLLC has group buys on scionlife, but their website is not up yet. They r currently selling their grills on eBay also for $115 shipped.

stolen?? man that sucks.people today.the dealer is the best bet, but like the other guy said it is gonna be costly. Ebay, seems like the best bet or maybe in craigs list or whatever it is called.

Go to Ebay or Scionlife - they are the best bets for finding anything. Scionlife is a great resource for anything scion and the people have been very helpful when I've had questions. Good luck!
