l have heard many many reviews saying that the brake delays and the gas pedal delays.. is this true?Do you think this is just for manual?An example from a review :

''The brakes on this car is horrible. If your driving, do not ever slam the brakes on this car or this car will swerve. Everyone i've known that has a TC has crashed it because of the brakes. No haggle pricing. I am bout to trade this car in.''

l have a tc have not had any problems with my brakes

It is mostly a chicks car.if you find a guy that has issues with it then be concerned.
I've test driven a couple and did not notice that problem.

You are a girl and do not know how or what ABS is and how it works. !st you pump ABS and if brakes fail the emergency brake is your back up.

l have driven my Tc fairly hard and hit the brakes and never had a problem with them nor. have l ever had a ''delay'' in the gas or brake.

l have an 07 manual tc with 28K on it and the only problem with the brakes l have seen is they start to wear out at around 28K. l upgraded to a set of Hawk pads and it is now perfect. l have never felt the car swerve under hard braking. l think the person that wrote that review has probably never even drove a tc.

Top Gun is completely wrong. ABS brakes ''pump'' themselves, so no need to pump them as you can actually make the situation worse. l personally have had no issues with delay on either my brakes or gas pedal. I've even had to slam on the brakes and they worked like a dream.

Your person informing you with that information is full of bull. Most likely he is a 16 year old running up to stop signs at 80mph and thinks you are supposed to stop in the last 10', sending him and his friends broadsided into passing traffic in the middle of the busiest intersection in the middle of New York..
Why do people take others words for stupid accusations about cars. Go test drive one for yourself. You will be surprised at how good life can be in a TC.
