The driver is side seatbelt of my 2005 Saturn Ion 1 is stuck in the unlocked position.That it, l cannot wear my seatbelt.What should l do?

what you should do is not force it by pulling it too much. what you have to do is push it in and then pull it out again. l know this sounds wierd, but it works. if that does not work, then u should go to an auto repair place where they will fix it for you and hopefully not charge you anything if it takes 2 seconds. l hope that this helps you.
