l wanna put NOS on my Scion tc 2007. is it good? is it okay 4 the engine or it will mess it up my engine?

Something as high end as NO2 puts a lot of strain on your engine. Meaning it will cause the engine to age faster, even more so with frequent use.

Well for one if you're not gonna be using the nos its not worth adding it. if you are you might want to mod you're engine, camshafts, gears, sensors, transmission, suspension, body kit, etc

If you do not add other mods like cold air, exhaust, shift kit and others you will blow engine. do it right if you need it but even done right it will strain the 4cylinder engine.

well the tC is 2AZ block is alright to add nitrous to. However if u plan to be using it alot, it will wear out ur engine internals. It will also void ur warranty. l would first have the engine rebuilt with better cams, rods, pistons, & rings. if ur serious about running a system. Then u need to decide if u want a wet or dry nitrous system. a wet system mixes the NO2 with gasoline & into the engine. the Dry sytem sprays NO2 into the air & then into the engine. Nitrous is something most tuners would add after going forced induction to gain even more power. l wouldnt add this to a totally stock car. You would be better off starting smaller with ur mods. first add the basics.cold air intake (AEM is one of the best for tC's) to get the air flowing better into ur engine, headers (DC makes quality products) & then exhaust (greddy & HKS work & sound good). this will make ur tC faster & sound better.

if u want to put noz on ur car it better not be a stock tC cus it gone mess up ur tC after doing some mods with CAI, Exaust, headers, etc and changing the engine parts as other people had said. and then get noz!!

The thing about NOS on a stock TC is that, with the stock ECU u cannot step up the fuel mixture, if u turn up running lean. Also the only way to know if u r running lean is to shut down the engine & pull a spark plug. The reason that forced injection guys get away with using NOS is because they already have an emanage unit (Fuel management control) hooked up to the engine that they can keep an eye on their fuel mixtures by laptop.
Run ur engine too lean for any legnth of time & u kill ur rings. Oil is not the only lubricant for ur engine, to an extent proper gas mixture keeps the upper piston & ring cool & lubricated. Remember ur bottom piston ring is an oil ring, & that means that ring scrapes away excess oil from the cylinder wall the top ring is a compression ring, it is scraping against a wall that is dried of alot of oil only a burst of gas from the injector to help it on the intake strokes. Run it lean & ur prone to burn ur piston & ring.
