l am in love with the '08 xB but the colors it is available in pretty much suck. l was at the SF Auto Show a few days ago and l pestered the guys at Scion about when they're coming out with more colors. Basically, he led me to believe that Scion will ''probably'' come out with a Gold color for the xB within the next 6 months. Does anyone have more concrete information on this?? l really want an xB in a trippy color!!!

Yes, there will be a gold color for the xB. It will be released as a release series. If u do not know what an xB RS is, it is a special edition Scion that is produced in very low numbers. About 2,000 to 2,500 r made in each RS & there r extra accessories added in each release series.

How is it that people think the xB RS 5.0 color will be gold? Well there is a picture floating around the Scionlife community that shows the gold paint code offered for the 2nd generation xB & since when the new xB was unveiled earlier this year, a gold color was among the colors that was showcased.

So has there been offical word that the new color will be gold or even if it is going to be in a release series? No. Yet with the evidence out there, l would bet there is definitly a gold color but whether or not it will be the next RS remains to be seen.
