Around the 12th of Never. It is just a concept vehicle, and they never had any intentions of bringing it to market. Some elements of the concept vehicle may end up in future production tho.

There will be a new Scion xB introduced early next year as a 2008 model. l do not know yet if it will be a new model xB or if they are going to change the name and everything.
