l am thinking about buying a Scion Tc.Are they good vehicles?Do they get good mileage?

l am absolutely in love with my scion TC... it was a great buy for the price which is what alot of people say. There r few thigns that l dont like about it, the seats could be a lil softer, but they have these ''racing'' seats, which r cool looking, & VERY easy to keep clean. mostly what l love about my car r the looks l get when l zoom by. : ) l get tons of compliments on it, & it didnt break my wallet. l love it & hope to keep it for a long time. The tC is a babe of a car. every thing about it is Toyota and Toyota is meant to last and run well. you will find your self in good hands with this car. l drive it my self and just love the feel of the ride. The only thing l am not pleased with is how it handles at certain speeds, however in the US you will not run into this problem. ;)

Spend the extra money and get an ACURA RSX. Even better, go for a Honda Civic SI.

The Scion tC coupe offers a lot of features for the money, like a dual-panel sunroof. The tC is powered by a spirited 160-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, with the choice of a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. Handling is fairly nimble but is not sporty. The ride is pleasant. The poorly designed radio controls have been improved on 2006 models. The rear seat is relatively spacious for a small coupe, & the seatbacks can recline for passenger comfort. The hatchback body style increases versatility. Head-curtain air bags r optional. A pricey dealer-installed supercharger improves acceleration without sacrificing too much fuel economy.

Fuel economy is rated very good & CR observed an overall 26 MPG in their test car.
