yes, but it wont be enough to make a huge difference, xb'x dont have much power to begin with so it would take a huge amount of work to just be as fast as a stock sentra or something like that. l personally think it would be a waste of time and money, although it would sound better

It may give you a little more power however probably not worth the money and the potential of a lower engine life. Cars come from the factory with the intention of providing the most power possible, while still lasting as long as possible and using as little fuel as possible. Modifying any of those 3 things will make the other 2 suffer.

Greetings!

Cold air will allow a more robust combustion.

l have a full competition hemi (1966 dodge) l run 2 fuel lines to the dual 4's. Each line is wound inside a paint can at the front of the radiator.
Before l run l fill the cans with ice. The cold always has a positive effect on the combustion.

waste of time and not worth the money. many other options out there for less work and money that will give you more horsepower if that is what you are looking for. stage one or two turbo is always nice.

Depends on how the cold air is going in to the motor. Cold air is more dense then warm air which allows the fuel to burn better which in turn gives more power. Now if the air is being pulled in to the motor then u may gain about 3 or 4 HP. if u have the cold air being RAMMED in to the motor u will not see any difference from the stand still but once u get moving u will feel the difference as the air is forced in to the intake. Ram air induction is a very effective cold air intake system. l would take the ram air intake over the cold air. but u do get a performance benefit either way.
