How do you take scratches off the car if the paint has come off

Go to walmart and get some paint fill in in the auto section.

Touch up paint, and then a buff and wax.

you cant. sorry you can fill in the scratch with touch up paint but it will always look like touch up paint. you have to do something because if you scratched it enough for the paint to come off it will rust and it will rust soon. touch it up or sand it down and fill it and repaint the area (usually a bodyshop)
